Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital content strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Plan and manage content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Oversee content creation for social, website, and e-commerce platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns (promotions, launches, newsletters, customer retention).
- Coordinate content with product availability to support campaigns and offers.
- Manage and update inventory listings across online platforms and e-commerce apps.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, visuals, pricing, and availability across all digital channels.
- Monitor content, email, and sales performance, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Requirments:
- Minimum BSc.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Have worked with food, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Understand customer journeys from content checkout.
- Can turn a product launch into a full digital moment.
- Love healthy food.
- Can turn a simple parfait into premium content.
