Responsibilities:
- To ensure all customers receive their orders within the promised delivery time.
- To ensure the safety of the goods by delivering items in perfect condition without breakage
- Cross-checking the physical items being unloaded against the customer's invoice or delivery note.
- To ensure the customer receives exactly what they ordered and to document any shortages or damages immediately.
- Performing daily Pre-Trip Inspections of the vehicle and reporting any mechanical issues to the fleet manager.
- Maintaining a professional appearance, handling customer complaints about orders politely, and communicating back to the warehouse if a customer has a specific request or issue.
- To represent the company brand well and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Requirement:
- Minimum SSCE.
- Applicant should be based around Kajola - Shagamu axis.
