Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to address business challenges.
  
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
  
• Design and implement data pipelines and workflows for seamless integration and processing.
  
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  
• Monitor and improve model performance and scalability in production environments.
  
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field, with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1)
  
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
  
• Proficient in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  
• Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven insights effectively.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks.
  
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or deep learning techniques.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Age: 24 or younger
