Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pull property and owner lists from online platforms (such as PropStream)
- Run scripts and tools to gather owner information from state websites
- Research and enrich contact information using online resources
- Format and clean data in Excel/Google Sheets before uploading into CRM systems
- Prepare and send SMS/email campaigns using the provided templates
- Provide weekly reports on lists pulled, records enriched, and outreach sent
Requirements:
- Minimum OND qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry, research, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to follow processes accurately and stay organized
- Good written English for drafting short messages
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Compensation:
- Remote work with flexible hours (not tied to U.S. EST)
