Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collect,
organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources.
- Interpret data,
identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Develop and
maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google
Data Studio.
- Monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance.
- Collaborate with
teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to provide data-driven
recommendations.
- Ensure data
accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Automate data
collection and reporting processes where possible.
- Present findings clearly through charts, graphs, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience
as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI,
Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of
statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent
attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good
communication skills—the ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
- Experience with Python or R (an added advantage).
