Responsibilities:
- Designing structured training courses
- Creating video-based lessons
- Preparing quizzes and practical exercises
- Delivering clear and easy-to-understand learning materials.
Requirements:
- Be able to simplify complex technical concepts and present them in an engaging and professional manner.
- Expertise in areas such software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, networking, and other digital technology skills is a plus.
- Fluent in English, creative, and capable of producing powerful instructional content that captures learners’ attention and improves their understanding.
Proven experience in creating training courses or educational content
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way
Experience developing structured learning materials (modules
lessons
quizzes
assignments)
Strong presentation and instructional skills
Ability to create video-based training content for online learning platforms
Good research and content development skills
Creative and capable of producing engaging and attention-capturing learning content
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or platforms such as Udemy
Coursera
or similar is an advantage
Strong knowledge in at least one IT or digital technology field (e.g.
programming
cloud computing
cybersecurity
networking
AI
UI/UX
etc.)
