Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualisations for management.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (1–3 years).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage.
