Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with a focus on generating sales and addressing customer needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective telesales techniques and relationship-building.
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering solutions tailored to the customer's needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and follow-up actions.
- Handle customer objections and challenges professionally, working to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000-NGN 250,000
