Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or concerns with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management.
- Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Help manage office supplies and coordinate procurement processes.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or current NYSC Corper in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of inventory software systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Interest in sustainability and operational excellence.
Duration: NYSC Service Year or Graduate Trainee Program (6–12 months)
