Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints or concerns with patience and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments.
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Help manage office supplies and coordinate procurement processes.
  • Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as needed.



Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or current NYSC Corper in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of inventory software systems is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Interest in sustainability and operational excellence.


Duration: NYSC Service Year or Graduate Trainee Program (6–12 months)
