Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Verify physical goods against delivery notes, invoices, or packing lists
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is properly labeled, counted, and recorded
- Identify and report any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or documentation
- Work closely with warehouse and inventory staff to ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all checks performed
- Assist in routine stock counts and inventory audits
- Follow company procedures for handling, storage, and documentation of goods
- Report damaged or missing items promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)
- 1-2 years experience in warehouse, inventory, or related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and counting abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to handle manual stock-checking tasks
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical stamina for manual tasks Integrity and reliability
- Accuracy in counting and verification
