Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients.
- Conduct field visits, business assessments, and customer verification to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Present credit recommendations to the credit committee for approval.
- Loan Form Documentation and follow through to disbursement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent post-disbursement support.
- Rendition of periodic activity reports.
- Analyze market trends and advice accordingly as part of product improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in credit sales, micro-lending, or financial services is mandatory.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Good understanding of credit risk assessment and loan documentation.
