Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Travel Sales Executive responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and growing Tripdesk’s portfolio of business travel accounts. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying companies with regular travel needs, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting them into long-term corporate travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate travel leads across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as travel managers, procurement leaders, HR leaders, and executives.
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and consultations to demonstrate the value of Tripdesk’s corporate travel solutions.
- Negotiate and close corporate travel agreements with companies.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate travel needs to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach, and deals in the CRM system.
- Represent Tripdesk at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings when required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate travel sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and acquiring corporate clients.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel, hospitality or corporate services sales.
- Understanding of corporate travel management, travel policies, and expense systems.
Compensation
Base salary + performance-based commission
Bonuses for exceeding sales targets
Potential long-term incentives based on company growth
