Content Animator

Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D and 3D animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics based on provided scripts or voiceovers.
• Use Cling AI to generate, edit, and enhance animated content.
• Collaborate closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to visualize abstract concepts into animated stories.
• Translate complex technical or product information into clear, appealing motion visuals.
• Manage animation projects from concept to final render — including storyboarding, animating, syncing audio, and refining output.
• Ensure all animations align with YipOnline’s brand identity and messaging tone.
• Stay up to date with animation trends, AI-powered design tools, and storytelling techniques to keep YipOnline content fresh and modern.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of completed animation projects per week (target: 12–15, depending on length).
• Animation quality and creativity (as rated by internal review).
• Timeliness of project delivery (90%+ on schedule).
• Engagement performance of published videos across platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Animator, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Cling AI is a must-have. (Applications without Cling AI knowledge will not be considered.)
• Strong skills in at least one other animation or design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Vyond, or Canva).
• Ability to translate scripts and voiceovers into animated narratives that are visually appealing and emotionally engaging.
• Understanding of visual storytelling, timing, pacing, and sound synchronization.
• Excellent attention to detail and design composition.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience creating animations for tech or SaaS brands.
• Familiarity with social media short-form animated content.
• Basic sound design or voiceover integration skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted animation or visual generation tools beyond Cling AI.
• A creative thinker with technical animation expertise.
• Curious, experimental, and driven to push creative boundaries.
• Capable of managing multiple animation projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver top-quality work with minimal supervision.
