Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Provide preventive and primary care services to promote the health and development of children.
- Manage long-term pediatric and adolescent illnesses, including developmental and behavioural disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Participate in clinical teaching, mentoring, and research activities to promote medical excellence.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- MBBS or MD from a recognised medical institution.
- Completion of a residency training program in Paediatrics.
- Board Certification or equivalent qualification in Paediatrics.
- 7–10 years post-specialist training experience in reputable healthcare facilities.
- Proven clinical expertise, sound medical judgment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and dedication to child health and family care.
