Sales & Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Sales Support.
• Assist the sales team with order processing and documentation.
• Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Follow up on customer orders and payments.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery timelines and update customers on order status.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing.
• Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain positive relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels.
• Report low-stock items to management or procurement.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory documentation.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain records of sales performance and product demand trends.
• Provide administrative support during sales meetings and strategy planning.
• Compliance and Documentation. 
• Ensure sales operations comply with pharmaceutical regulations such as those set by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Maintain proper documentation of pharmaceutical product transactions.
• Ensure product records and distribution documentation are accurate.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• 0 - 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
