Dialysis Nurse
Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to provide specialised nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis. The successful candidate will ensure safe treatment delivery, continuous patient monitoring, comfort, and prompt management of dialysis-related complications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care before, during, and after haemodialysis.
- Operate and monitor dialysis equipment and respond to treatment-related complications.
- Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, vascular access, and patient response to treatment.
- Educate patients on dialysis, medication, nutrition, vascular access care, and lifestyle management.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid professional registration/licence.
- Relevant dialysis/renal nursing qualification or certification.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a haemodialysis unit, preferably in a tertiary or specialist hospital.
- Proven competence in managing AV fistulas, grafts, and dialysis catheters.
- Strong patient-care, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
