We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Community Pharmacist based in Abuja to provide top-quality pharmaceutical care and drive in-store sales. The ideal candidate will dispense medications, offer professional health advice, and actively participate in upselling and cross-selling products to meet customer needs and boost pharmacy sales.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide clear guidance to customers on the proper use, side effects, and interactions of medications.
- Cross-sell and upsell related health products (e.g., vitamins, supplements, personal care items) to enhance customer wellness and increase sales.
- Recommend appropriate alternative medications and health products when necessary.
- Promote and educate customers on wellness services such as blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, and vaccinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory to ensure availability of essential drugs and products.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation of all pharmaceutical items.
- Uphold cleanliness and regulatory compliance within the pharmacy environment.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment for patients.
- Supervise support staff and assist in training junior pharmacy team members.
- Stay informed on pharmaceutical trends, new drugs, and regulatory updates.
Requirements:
- B.Pharm or PharM.D from an accredited institution
- Current license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
- Proven experience in community pharmacy practice
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards
- Familiarity with inventory management and pharmacy software
- Must be a resident of Abuja.
