Join Brew Crypto as a Community & Marketing Officer! We're building a Web3 marketplace for local tasks and services to empower community providers. Based in your area you'll be our on-the-ground community builder, finding and onboarding skilled 'Taskers'. This is a hybrid, entry-level role to launch our platform. The Role 🚀 As one of our first hires in Nigeria, you will be the crucial link between our international team and the local community. This unique hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with essential in-person fieldwork in your local area. We are looking for a community & marketing Officer (web3 services platform). Your primary mission is to find, onboard, and support the skilled Taskers who will form the foundation of our platform in Nigeria, while also driving local awareness and user adoption.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and recruit skilled local service providers (e.g., handymen, cleaners, designers, delivery drivers, etc.) to join our platform.
- Meet with potential Taskers in person to explain the benefits of our platform, verify their skills, and guide them through the sign-up process
- Organize and lead small, local onboarding sessions for new Taskers.
- Manage our city-specific social media channels with content relevant to the Nigerian audience.
- Execute creative, local marketing initiatives (e.g., partnering with local businesses, attending community events) to attract users who need tasks done.
- Act as a local point of contact, providing administrative support and reporting on local acquisition metrics to the global team.
- Social media and email management, including content creation etc.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma in a relevant field.
- Recent graduates and current/past NYSC members are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A natural "people person" – you are outgoing, confident, and love building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- A genuine interest in the gig economy and empowering local entrepreneurs.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude who is comfortable working independently.
- Curious about Web3/blockchain technology and its real-world applications.
