Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the HTS Program Officer, he/she will supports the CBO Care and Treatment Officer to coordinate the care of individuals living with HIV/AIDS through the provision of a range of client-centered services to identify, link clients with health care, psychosocial, substance abuse, and other community services.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mobilise and sensitise communities on HIV prevention, treatment, and care.
- Identify and link HIV-positive individuals to care and treatment services.
- Facilitate support groups for people living with HIV (PLHIV).
- Provide education on HIV transmission, prevention, and management.
- Promote and provide HIV testing and counselling services.
- Support adherence to antiretroviral therapy (ART).
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct community outreach and awareness campaigns.
- Identify and address barriers to HIV services.
- Document and report program activities and outcomes.
- Foster a supportive and non-stigmatising environment.
- Empower communities to take ownership of the HIV response.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
