Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide adequate security and safety for patrons and staff.
- Greet customers and ensure the customer meets the age eligibility criteria before granting access.
- Assessing and handling customer aggression, intoxication, or non-compliance to establishment rules.
- Monitor guest lists (for private events) and ensure that customers adhere to the establishment’s specific dress code.
- Prepare and submit standardized security reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- SSCE, OND, HND, BSC, or its equivalent
- Standard physical fitness with impeccable reflexes.
- Security experience and familiarity with safety protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- High sense of professionalism
- Cleanliness and proper hygiene.
- Observational and conflict management skills.
- Crowd management and interpersonal skills.
