Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively advertise and enroll clients for AWIG Caregiving services
- Visit or live-in with clients at their residences as assigned by AWIG.
- Vital sign monitoring
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Medication management
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and social interaction
- Reminder and/or Accompaniment to hospital appointment
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy
- Follow AWIG's policies and procedures
- Arrive on time and be prepared to provide services if visiting
- Develop a care plan tailored to the needs of the client
- Follow clients' care plans and instructions
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and AWIG staff through detailed report writing and calls
- Report any incidents or concerns to AWIG immediately
- Participate in training and development programs as required
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
- Age 20-35 years old
- Resident in Enugu, Ebonyi, Anambra, Imo, Abia, Edo, Rivers, Abuja or Lagos.
