Job Summary
At DIniti8tive, we’re passionate about driving social impact in Nigeria and beyond - and we know this requires the right mix of expertise, creativity, and commitment. We are inviting experienced professionals and practitioners to join our Expert Roster - a pool of trusted specialists we will draw on for short-term assignments, long-term engagements, strategic advisory, and technical inputs across our programmes.

- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
We’re particularly looking for experts in areas such as:
- Social impact measurement & MEL
- Finance administration
- Grant management and donor engagement
- Programme design and management
- Policy analysis and advocacy
- Communications, storytelling, and digital strategy
- Research and evidence generation
We also welcome specialists with deep expertise in thematic areas, including:
- Digital Literacy & Skills Development
- Tech Entrepreneurship Support
- AgriTech Business Innovation
- Digital Banking Integration
- Advocacy and Communication for Change
- E-Health Solutions
- Education Technology (EdTech)
- Biotechnology and Environmental Sustainability
Who can apply:
- Individuals with at least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Consultants and practitioners with a strong track record in their field
- Experts who share our values of collaboration, integrity, and local ownership
How the Roster Works: Being part of our Expert Roster does not guarantee immediate assignments, but it places you in our priority pool of upcoming opportunities aligned with your skills and experience.
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 - 500,000
