Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, contribute to solution design, and support the delivery of technology and consulting services. Day-to-day tasks may include gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating with technical teams, and assisting in project planning and execution. The individual will also help monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of internal processes and client solutions.
Qualifications

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles, system integration concepts, or IT service delivery.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Comfort with collaboration tools and productivity software (e.g., office suites, project management or communication platforms).
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in technology, consulting, or IT services is beneficial but not strictly required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute proactively to team goals.
