Job Description/Requirements

Specification of responsibility

                      I.        Candidate is responsible for marketing and sales of our unique products and services

                     II.        He / She will develop marketing strategies to compete favourable with competition in a highly regulated industry.

                    III.        Come up with realistic targets for self and team and meet up with set targets

                   IV.        Develop and submit marketing reports to management team

                    V.        Provide accurate financial and accounting information on sales and contribute to the preparation of sales budgets, reports and forecast

                   VI.        Produce all trade accounts’ monthly sales and activity analysis/ report to monitor progress on set departmental goals, impact product development, measure self-impact, and progress on the job

                  VII.        Establish and manage relationships across all trade partners/clients.

                VIII.        Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

                   IX.        Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

                    X.        Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

                   XI.        Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

                  XII.        Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans




                      I.        He / She should have a minimum of a relevant first degree

                     II.        Experience in sales of medical, pharmaceutical or laboratory services and products

                    III.        Easily adaptable, teachable and smart

i.             Good judgment and decision making skills

ii.           Excellent communication and negotiation skills

iii.          Ability to deliver engaging presentations

iv.          Time management and organizational skills

v.           Computer especially Microsoft office tools and Record keeping skills

vi.          Ability to keep information confidential

vii.        Patience, adaptability, dependability

viii.       Accuracy and precision

ix.         Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

x.          Track record of achieving sales quotas

Monthly Salary NGN60,000 with Commission
