Responsibilities:
The program director will oversee and manage the organization’s Empower Africa Poverty Fund and you will perform the following duties and responsibilities;
- Program development
- Strategic planning
- Budget management
- Team leadership
- Stakeholder engagement
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Compliance and Reporting
- Risk Management, Advocacy and Public Relations, other duties assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
- The ideal person must have; proven experience as a program director
- An understanding of program management techniques and methods,
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, and connections with key government officials at the three tiers of Government
