Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop business planning activities and provide practical and creative inputs in the development of new business initiatives.
- Develop and implement current and future strategic and operational plans
- Understand the technical needs of clients and articulate the value of the company’s products and solutions in meeting those needs
- Conduct daily research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Work closely with management to identify, communicate, and prioritize business development initiatives
- Oversee annual renewal and retainer ship process, ensuring on-target retention of existing users
- Ensure the quality of technical support provided to users
- Analyze and prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and ensure the sales team meets their quota and goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related fieldÂ
- Ability to negotiate
- Good communication skill
