We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel as well as provide strategic direction. You will plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of business.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Restructure the Hotel operations to improve performance as well as enhance the revenue-earning capacity
- Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives
- Strategically develop new business lines and complementary sources of revenue to maximize the earnings and wealth of the Hotel

- Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly
- Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years work experience is required for the position.
