Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other business development metrics
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMGC or retail sector
• Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth
• Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
