Job Purpose
- Evaluate clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
- Perform body and beauty treatments that improve and enhance the client’s skin.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Waxing and hair removal
- Body treatments
- Massages
- Keep tools sterilized and properly maintained
- Evaluate clients’ skin
- Perform beauty treatments to a high standard
- Promote the sale of beauty products alongside beauty treatments
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge in Beauty Therapy and Facial Treatments
- Proven experience in the beauty industry
- Good understanding of skin biology, physiology, and cosmetic chemistry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Technical ability to perform treatments to a high standard
