Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer skin concerns and recommend appropriate skincare products.
• Actively promote and sell store products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Process and package customer orders for dispatch or pickup.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information when required.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure shelves are neatly arranged.
• Keep the store environment clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and restocking of products when necessary.
• Stay informed about the benefits, ingredients, and usage of products sold in the store.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat patronage.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SSCE or OND.
• Previous sales or retail experience is an added advantage, especially in beauty or skincare products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently engage customers and recommend products.
• Basic knowledge of skincare products or willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Must be neat, presentable, and professional in appearance.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Preferably resides in Lekki or nearby areas for easy commuting.
• The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about skincare, sales-driven, and capable of providing excellent customer service while assisting customers in finding products that suit their skincare needs.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Monthly

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
