Job Summary

We’re hiring a skilled Backend / Full Stack Developer (Work From Home – Ongoing Web Projects) to work remotely on a variety of ongoing web projects. The work involves taking existing designs or ideas and turning them into fully functional websites, tools, and internal systems. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, writing clean code, and bringing ideas to life quickly.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications and internal tools
Work with Figma designs and turn them into responsive websites
Build and connect APIs, databases, and backend logic
Test and debug applications before deployment
Collaborate through weekly check-ins to review progress and plan next stages
Use provided AI-assisted coding tools to speed up development and testing

Requirements:

Strong coding experience (any modern language or framework—JavaScript, Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet 1-week project deadlines
Good communication skills in English
Reliable internet and computer for remote work
Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow (training provided)

Work & Payment

Remote, flexible hours
Paid ₦40,000- ₦80,000 per project, depending on size and complexity
Each project has a 1-week deadline
Weekly coordination meetings via Google Meet or WhatsApp
Long-term opportunity for reliable and skilled developers
Payments via Payoneer, Wise, or PayPal
