Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Develop scalable solutions to support the Losode platform and services, ensuring system efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize database queries and manage data to ensure high availability and fast response times.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices to protect sensitive data and application resources.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in a timely manner, including bug fixes, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with DevOps engineers to manage and deploy application infrastructure and services.
- Stay up to date with backend development trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- BSc. degree in a relevant course of study
