Assistant General Manager (Business Development)

Job Summary

The service of an Assistant General Manager (Business Development) is needed in a Security company to manage the company’s daily operations professionally. His/Her actions and tasks MUST be profit profit-driven with the sole aim of client satisfaction. This must include managing the sales department effectively and increasing the clientele base of the company profitably. As a security company, the successful candidate should be ready to work 24/7 round clock to ensure effective and prompt service delivery at all times.

  • Must be a graduate of any reputable higher institution 
  • Must possess professional certifications/qualifications.
  • Certification in security operations (verifiable) would be an added advantage.


  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in a similar position in a frontline security company
  • International work experience would be an added advantage.
  • Previous service (retiring) from the military force would be an added advantage.
