Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, installation, and setup of packaging machines and commercial ovens according to engineering specifications.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct thorough operational tests, troubleshoot technical issues, and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished installations to ensure they meet our company's quality and reliability benchmarks.
- Client Support: Provide basic operational training and technical guidance to clients upon installation completion.
- Maintenance & Reporting: Perform routine pre-delivery inspections and maintenance on warehouse stock. Accurately complete installation and service reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery (e.g., packaging equipment, food processing machinery, commercial appliances, or related electro-mechanical systems).
- A Technical School Certificate, OND (Ordinary National Diploma), or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as basic testing instruments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work schedules diligently.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Good physical condition to handle heavy machinery and components.
- Age: 18 - 35 years old.
