Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support with recruitment
  • Support with staff communication and documentation
  • Act as a support staff to employee, insurance providers and to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations
  • Manage employee relations and payroll management

 

Requirements:

  • A graduate of Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • CIPM Certification is of added advantage with at least 3 years cognate experience in HR operations in a structured company.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft suite skills
