Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content (graphics, short videos, captions) for social media platforms.
- Design visuals using Canva and other creative tools.
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, captions, scripts, and optimize content production.
- Plan and manage a content calendar (daily/weekly posts).
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers growth).
- Stay updated with trends and create relevant, viral-style content.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
- Strong skills in Canva (graphics, reels, presentations).
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CapCut AI, or similar).
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
- Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Consistency, discipline, and the ability to meet deadlines.
