Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative support and duties.
- Document preparation and filing of court processes.
- Preparing minutes of meetings and administrative reports.
- Typing, scanning, and arranging of documents.
- Maintain the company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Manage diary.
- Create and manage a database of all matters.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and pitch documents, undertaking research and analysis as required.
- Ensure appropriate file management and systems are in place.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree/HND in any relevant field.
- Proactive and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, coping with a wide range of demands and changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure, as often required to meet tight and demanding deadlines.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT savvy with strong technical skills in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
