Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, correspondence, and office documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Support HR and operational tasks such as filing, scheduling, and record updates.
- Handle procurement, vendor payment follow-up, and inventory of office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external regulatory bodies when required.
- Maintain an organized filing and documentation system for administrative and financial records.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic experience in accounting or administrative roles (added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
