Job Summary

To manage all financial activities of the haulage business, including trip costing, driver expenses, fuel reconciliation, maintenance expenses, revenue tracking, and statutory compliance ensuring accurate reporting and efficient financial control.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Ensure proper filing of financial documents and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with operations to reconcile trip sheets, delivery expenses, and driver allowances.
Assist in recording daily financial transactions (payments, receipts, invoices, expenses).
Track fuel consumption, vehicle expenses, and other operational costs specific to haulage.

Requirements:

HND in Accounting
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in logistics/haulage is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices. ( Tally, peach tree accounting).
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
.Good communication skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
