This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced accountant based in Lagos. The accountant will be responsible for monitoring diverse revenue streams and conducting daily reconciliations of sales from all outlets. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing and controlling payroll
- Produce an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods
- Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management
- Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue
- Reconciling bank statements
- Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT and PAYE
- Chasing late payments, reporting bad debts, and keeping a careful eye on cash flow
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
