Job summary
We are seeking highly experienced and result-driven Chartered Accountants to serve as Audit Team Leads on a large-scale revenue optimization project. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in public sector finance, revenue assurance, audit, tax administration, financial analysis, compliance, and stakeholder management.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Lead audit and compliance activities
- Lead and supervise assigned project teams across designated locations and operational areas.
- Conduct revenue assurance, reconciliation, and verification exercises.
- Review existing revenue collection processes and identify leakages, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps.
- Support the development and implementation of revenue optimization strategies.
- Analyze financial records, transactions, and operational reports.
- Prepare detailed reports, findings, recommendations, and periodic project updates.
- Engage professionally with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of financial and operational information.
- Monitor team performance and ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations, policies, and professional standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bsc
- A minumum of 3 years experience
