Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Process payroll, invoices, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations.
- Work independently to manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Support monthly financial targets and reporting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must reside close to Ikorodu or be able to commute easily.
