Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and Organizing Financial records, including income statements and expenses
- Working with other business Leaders to develop periodic budgets for the organization.
- Managing accounts payable and receivables and reconciling business accounts.
- Preparation and reporting of monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports and tax returns.
- Formulation of Internal financial policies and control that align with both local and international standard.
- Payments of Salaries and commission and deducting of taxes.
- Working with relevant stakeholders and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with real estate laws and codes.
- Collaborating with other external professionals in preparing professional documents such as tax clearance, audited account etc for the company.
- Communicating with Vendors to ensure bills are paid in time.
- Disbursement of fund for the running of the business.
- You are expected to represent the company in the light and maintain high professional ethics as stipulated by the company and your professional affiliations while carrying out your duties.
- You will support team work and effectively work with others at all time.
- You will multi-task, perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
