Job Summary
The Accountant is accountable for the property's accounting operations. This includes the preparation of periodic financial statements and maintaining the system of accounting records and controls. The Alpha-Plus Accounting team is one of the main secrets behind our brand’s success. We do hope to recruit a small group of accounting gurus and strategists.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Interact with all levels of management
- Provide accurate financial reports and analysis.
- Assist the accounting department and provide support for all aspects of hotel accounting, from payroll to tax compliance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning.
Requirements:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- A team player, hard worker, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Sc./HND minimum)
- 0–3 years of experience in a similar role (NYSC members or fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
