Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships, serving as the primary liaison and trusted advisor.
- Strategic Direction: Develop and implement client strategies that align with business goals, ensuring campaigns and projects deliver measurable value.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach account managers and executives, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and support new business pitches and proposals.
- Project & Budget Oversight: Ensure seamless delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, operations, and Finance teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, evaluate campaign outcomes, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging practices to keep strategies relevant and forward-thinking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5–10 years of proven experience in account management, client services, consulting, or related roles (agency or corporate).
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple high-value client accounts and leading integrated campaigns or projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management.
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
