Wealth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly deposit targets of NGN100m+ through diversified customer segments
• Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)
• Structure attractive fixed deposit and investment products
• Secure corporate current accounts and sweep account arrangements
• Develop partnerships with government agencies for SDG-aligned funding
• Manage institutional investor relationships and treasury services
• Design integrated "Save-Invest-Borrow" product bundles for customers
• Develop wealth management solutions for affluent customers
• Create customized financial packages for corporate clients
• Maintain comprehensive customer relationship management systems
• Provide personalized wealth advisory services
• Ensure superior customer experience across all touchpoints

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications in wealth management or investment advisory preferred
• Minimum 5 years in private banking, asset management, or wealth management
• Proven track record of achieving substantial deposit mobilization targets
• Experience with both retail and institutional banking relationships
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer relationship management tools
• Knowledge of investment products and financial markets
• Experience with treasury and cash management solutions
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
• Deep understanding of Nigerian financial markets
• Results-oriented with strong achievement motivation
