Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile
financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
general ledger entries
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Manage and coordinate audits, including internal and external audits
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a redistribution or manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP) and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
