Job Summary
We are seeking the services of an Administrative/Finance Assistant.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure preparation of all source documents and post them on the software appropriately
- Oversee all administrative responsibilities
- Handle all invoices and receipts and post on the software as appropriate
- Monthly preparation of staff salaries
- Follow up on all company tax matters
- Stand in for the hall supervisor when not on duty
- Monthly preparation of bank and cash statements as generated from the software
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Statistics
- 1-2 years of experience
- Age Bracket: Between 28 - 40 years
- Preferably male
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to use a computer, Excel, Word, etc
- Must be willing to work on weekends
- Must be able to relate well with clients
- Must be willing to meet deadlines & follow rules and instructions
Location: Ojodu-Berger, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
