VC & Investment Analyst

Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast growth, and assess investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Create scenario analyses and sensitivity models to support decision-making.

Venture Capital Support:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating startup pitches, business plans, and financial projections.
• Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Business Writing:

• Draft clear, concise, and compelling business documents, including reports, proposals, and executive summaries.
• Communicate complex financial and investment concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Support the creation of content for Nimbou Cloud’s venture capital initiatives, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support financial and investment decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and investment metrics.

Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with the finance and investment teams to gain hands-on experience in venture capital and financial modeling.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in venture capital and financial modeling.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience
• Degree in a related field
