Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our team! Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees.

  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Planning, implementing, and managing sales educational workshops
  • Organization of the training process for sales department employees
  • Development of training materials, scripts, regulations on sales techniques, on the product, instructions on working with objections
  • Assessment of the knowledge level of sales department employees, knowledge examination after the training
  • Elaboration of an individual development plan and supervision of its execution
  • Planning, implementing, and managing sales educational workshops
  • Evaluation and achievement of sales targets
  • Reporting on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
  • The employee's goal is to increase sales by efficient improvements in the performance of the sales team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, HR or a related field
  • Successful personal sales experience of at least 3 years
  • Experience as a sales coach or sales mentor
  • Hands-on experience in managing the full training cycle
  • In-depth knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices
  • Experience in sales training programs
  • Great team leader
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
